Salon Etiquette
Please switch off your mobile phones whilst in the salon. Be respectful of clients that are having some much needed time out from the world.
We understand that childcare can be a problem sometimes, however at Blush we want our clients to experience a relaxing and enjoyable time. Where possible, please schedule your appointments when you have child care available. Please be respectful of other clients that may be having treatments while your in the salon.
Bookings
We do suggest that you make a booking so that you can get the time that best suits you, however we will do out best to fit all appointments in. The brow bar is a walk in service and there is generally no need to book that service.
You can book 24/7 using our smart phone app “blush Beauty”.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can get the most out of your experience. We will always endeavour to accomodate all guests where possible, however running late for your appointment may unfortunately reduce the time of your treatment. If you are running late please phone us so that we can do our best to accomodate you.
Cancellations
We require at 24 hours notice for any cancellations of appointments. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge. All gift vouchers will be Void!
